Our TermsPending credit approval, terms are net 30 days following the date of your invoice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Our Return PolicyAt R&R, customers are our # 1 priority. As such, we want you to be happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any merchansise shipped from our stock, you must file your claim for a replacement within 10 days after receipt of goods. No merchandise that has been laundered or used any way will be accepted.
A "Return Authorization Number" must be written on all cartons that are to be returned to our warehouse. For a "Return Authorization Number", please contact our customer service department (Contact Us) . Custom products, colors, sizes, imprinted items, and made to order products cannot be returned. All merchandise must be shipped prepaid. Collect shipments will be refused.
